Our Website is intended to be used by customer resident in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland (the United Kingdom).

If we agree to supply any Services ordered from the Website for delivery outside the United Kingdom they may be subject to fees, duties/ taxes or expenses incurred due to complying with local and foreign regulatory requirements or laws. You will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes in addition to our price. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot always predict their amount as it may vary with the passage of time.

All the provided details (Name, Address, Nationality, DOB, Occupation and Identification details) are true, accurate, current and complete in all aspects.

In case of any change in personal information, you will update your information in the profile or write us for necessary adjustments in profile before to initiate any further payment.

Only use the Website / Mobile app by using your own username and password.

Not to disclose your password to anyone.

Change your password instantly if you notice any unfamiliar activity on your account.

Never share your login identifications to anyone, neither permit directly or indirectly to use them.

Provide us correct and truthful details concerning:

1. The money remittance transaction or transactions you instruct us to remit,
2. The payee or beneficiary’s correct, true, accurate and complete details, including name, address, bank account number and any other information concerning the payee or beneficiary we require from time to time,
3. Your full name, address, bank account number and any other information we require of you from time to time, and
4. Any other information we request of you prior to us completing the Service

You authorize us to transmit your name, address and other personal information supplied by you (including updated information) to obtain information from third parties about you, including, but not limited to, credit reports and so that we may authenticate your identity.

We reserve the right to terminate an agreement formed with you pursuant which is mentioned below and to suspend or terminate your access to the Website immediately and without notice to you if:

You fail to make any payment to us when due

You breach these Conditions (repeatedly or otherwise)

You are impersonating any other person or entity

When requested by us to do so, you fail to provide us within a reasonable time with sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you or your identity.

We suspect you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have in any way been involved, in fraudulent or illegal activity on the Website.

Please find that Roshan Remit is authorized to verify your provided documents for identification purpose with an independent online source to confirm the validity/authenticity.

Also, note the following:

1. This membership is not meant to be operated for business purposes
2. Your requests may require a minimum of 2 working days in order to be verified and processed

The prices of the Services are quoted on the Website.

Unless otherwise stated, the prices quoted exclude VAT (we are not VAT registered).

We reserve the right, by giving notice to you at any time before delivery or performance of our obligations to you, to increase the price of the Services to reflect any increase in the cost to us due to any factor beyond our control (such as without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, significant increase in any other costs of third-party services).

In the unlikely event of this occurring, you shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before we have commenced providing the Services.

Payment can be made by any major personal credit or debit card or through an electronic payment account as explained on the order form.

In case of cash payment at the branch then you can pay us Cash.

By placing an order, you consent to payment being charged to your debit/credit card account or electronic payment account as provided on the order form.

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the provision of the Services.

This may involve validating your name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases including the card issuer, registered credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies.

By accepting these Conditions, you:

Undertake that all the details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing them

Services are correct and that the payment card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Services ordered.

Authorize us to transmit the payment and delivery information provided by you during the order process (included any updated information) for the purpose of obtaining authorization from your card issuer to ensure you have adequate funds, to authenticate your identity, to validate your payment card and for other security reasons, such as fraud prevention.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If any Services ordered are not available, you will be notified by email and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available or to cancel your order. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid email address so that we can contact you if necessary.

You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided by you during the order process and we will not accept an order unless all details requested from you have been entered correctly.

A contract between you and us (the Contract) incorporating these Conditions will only subsist after we have debited your payment card and have confirmed that we shall be providing the requested Service or made it available to be downloaded. We will send you an email to confirm this (a Confirmation Notice). The Confirmation Notice will amount to an acceptance of your offer to buy the Services from us. The Contract will only be formed when we send you the Confirmation Notice (whether or not you receive it).

You will be subject to the version of our policies and Conditions in force at the time that you order the Services from us, unless:

Transactions will be ready to distribute on our payout network where the receiver can show their ID and our payout partner will disburse the amount, while processing of transactions we may ask for additional documents subject to Compliance policies and procedures. We need complete receiver details (Full Beneficiary Name, Contact number, Bank Account No.) to proceed transactions to payout location.

We shall not be accountable for any delay in completing the performance of the Service, however, caused.

You have the right to withdraw your agreement with us after you have submitted a Transaction. This right of cancellation continues until fourteen days after you have submitted the transaction, or until we have completed the contract by paying the Pay-out Amount to the Recipient, whichever is the earlier. If you exercise your right to cancel under this clause, we may make a cancellation charge.

Any refunds will be credited back to the same Payment Instrument used to fund the Transaction and in the same currency. No modification will be made for any currency variations which may have happened in the meanwhile.

If we do provide you a refund, we will only refund the Transaction Amount if the Transaction was not paid out to the Recipient (in which case we will also cancel your pending Transaction); otherwise, we will only refund the Transaction Fee.

Any information that you supply to permit us to perform our Services is protected by GDPR Rules. You agree that Roshan Remit may use such personal data for the purposes of performing our Services, assessing the risk of performing our Services, for the purposes set out in our Terms and Conditions and to enable Roshan Remit to enforce its rights under our Terms and Conditions if necessary.

You should be aware that:

If we are requested or required by the police or any regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities, or upon the receipt of a court order, to provide your Personal Information and/or information concerning your activities whilst using the Website we shall do so; and We reserve the right in our reasonable discretion to disclose details of your use of the Website in relation to any, or any threatened, Court Proceedings in connection with your use, or the use of anyone under your control, of the Website whether in connection with the matters set out in these Terms and Conditions or otherwise.

No part of the Site, its content or any of its underlying software and databases may be copied or reproduced, shared with third parties, reverse engineered, reverse assembled, or used to create any derivative work (whether in physical or electronic form) without the prior written consent of Roshan Remit. Where any translation of our Terms and Conditions is undertaken into another language the English version of our Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any translation.
